Axle Research Institute has developed a new product - special bearings for robots
Recently, the Shaft Research Institute has developed a new product - P4-level high-precision robot special thin-walled bearings. This product can be used in automatic production lines such as large construction machinery, automobiles, and home appliances; industrial robots such as painting, arc welding, spot welding, assembly, and handling; and service robots such as medical care and rescue.

 With the continuous advancement of my country's industrial upgrading, the development space of my country's robot market is huge. As a particularly fast-growing market for industrial robots, China's domestic industrial robots in service account for 8.12% of the global total, and it is constantly increasing. Other uses such as special robots in medicine, agriculture, construction, and military industries are also increasing. With the development of robot applications, the types and quantities of special bearings for robots will also be in short supply.
 Products with high-quality performance

 1. High precision. The working performance of the special bearing for robots is relatively high, and the precision of the products developed by the Shaft Research Institute has reached P4 level stably, reaching the comparable level of similar foreign products.

 2. Thin-walled and lightweight. The bearing installation space is limited, and the bearing cross section is required to be small. Compared with the standard bearing, the wall thickness is thinner, and it is easily deformed during manufacture. The Shaft Research Institute has overcome the difficulties of processing and testing thin-walled parts, and successfully developed products such as robot thin-walled deep groove ball bearings and angular contact ball bearings.

 3. High stiffness. Robot work has the characteristics of high load, high rotation accuracy, high running stability, high positioning speed, and high repeat positioning accuracy, and the matching robot bearings are required to meet these requirements. Through optimized design and precision manufacturing, the Shaft Research Institute has realized the characteristics of high stiffness of thin-walled bearings, which are high-quality bearings with high bearing capacity, stable operation and high rotational positioning accuracy.

 4. Low friction torque. The developed bearing adopts an optimally designed nylon cage, and the motion friction between the bearing rolling element and the cage is smaller. The contact state between the rolling element and the raceway is optimized in the bearing design, and the working friction of the rolling element is smaller. Bearings have higher limit speeds than similar products.

 5. Long life. The products developed by the Axle Research Institute have the characteristics of high precision, high rigidity and low friction, which realizes the stable and reliable operation of the bearing, improves the bearing speed, and finally achieves the performance of long life of the bearing.
