In recent years, my country's miniature bearings have formed a large economic scale. However, with the development of the market, customers have higher and higher requirements for the performance, accuracy and types of bearing products, which has also evolved into the market's demand for high-end precision bearings. Demand has greatly increased. This also requires my country's bearing enterprises to actively develop high-end products that meet market demand, so as to stimulate domestic demand through independent innovation and brand building, and drive basic medical equipment to the international field.

 

 

As we all know, the market scale of my country's medical device industry has maintained rapid growth. The Prospective Industry Research Institute predicts that my country's medical device industry will continue to maintain a growth rate of more than 20%. In medical equipment, bearings are also used in many aspects, mainly used in blood pumps for artificial dialysis, drug injection pumps, and air pumps for ventilators. These devices are used at the bedside, so they must be treated with low noise. An extreme example is the dental drill used by the dentist. The drill is 400,000-500,000 revolutions per minute, and the doctor is very difficult to bear under the stimulation of high-pitched sounds. A major issue of medical device bearings is the corrosion resistance of bearings to chemicals and acids, which is an issue that cannot be separated from bearing materials.

It can be seen from the future development trend of bearings in the above application fields that miniature bearings are mainly developed in the direction of precision and bass, so the future development direction is precision bearings. In view of the wide application of precision bearings, the development of various industries has higher and higher requirements on the accuracy, performance, life and reliability of bearings, and the number of them is also increasing. However, the domestic production of precision miniature bearings is still a weak link.

According to relevant statistics, the self-matching rate of precision miniature bearings only accounts for 40%, and China has to spend a lot of foreign exchange to import precision miniature bearings every year. Most of the high-speed motor spindle bearings rely on imports. In addition, my country's domestic machine tool industry and automobile industry have developed rapidly in recent years. In order to meet the needs of product upgrades and replace imports, my country's precision miniature bearing products have broad market prospects.
