Bearing installation after the problem adjustment measures

During installation, do not directly hammer the bearing end face and non-stressed surface, and use a press block, sleeve or other installation tools to make the bearing evenly stressed, and do not install through the rolling body. If the mounting surface is coated with lubricating oil, the installation will be smoother. If the interference is large, the bearing should be installed as soon as possible after being heated to 80~90 ° C in mineral oil, and the oil temperature should be strictly controlled not exceeding 100 ° C to prevent the tempering effect from reducing the hardness and affecting the size recovery. When disassembly is difficult, it is recommended that you use the disassembly tool to pull outwards while carefully pouring hot oil on the inner ring, the heat will make the bearing inner ring expand, so that it is easier to fall off.

Not all bearings require minimum working clearance, you must choose the appropriate clearance according to the conditions. In the national standard 4604-93, the radial clearance of the rolling bearing is divided into five groups -2 groups, 0 groups, 3 groups, 4 groups, 5 groups, and the clearance value is successively from small to large, of which 0 group is the standard clearance. The basic radial clearance group is suitable for general operating conditions, conventional temperature and common interference fit. Bearings working under special conditions such as high temperature, high speed, low noise and low friction should be selected with large radial clearance; Small radial clearance should be selected for precision spindle and machine tool spindle bearings; A small amount of working clearance can be maintained for roller bearings. In addition, there is no clearance for separated bearings; Finally, the working clearance of the bearing after installation is smaller than the original clearance before installation, because the bearing has to withstand a certain load rotation, as well as the elastic deformation generated by the bearing fit and load.

In view of the sealing defect problem of bearings with Mosaic seal, there are two steps that need to be strictly carried out in the process of adjustment.

1, the inlaid seal bearing cover structure is changed to both sides of the bearing, the bearing installation structure is adjusted from the equipment, there is no need to contact with the bearing directly, and the bearing is dustproof from the outside of the bearing. This structural sealing effect is higher than the bearing self-sealing sold by the bearing agent, which directly blocks the intrusion path of granular substances and ensures the internal cleanliness of the bearing. This structure improves the heat dissipation space of the bearing and does little damage to the fatigue resistance of the bearing.

2, the bearing external sealing method although the sealing effect is good, but the heat dissipation path is also blocked, so it is necessary to install cooling parts. The cooling device can reduce the operating temperature of the lubricant, and the high temperature operation of the bearing can be avoided by natural heat dissipation after cooling.
